Case Jacket has several ROLES that you can assign your USERS to.
You assign the ROLES to the USER
Each ROLE has has levels of accessibility within your company’s Case Jacket account.
USER
- When you ADD anyone NEW to your CASES you will first ADD them as a USER.
MEMBER
- All Employees at your company
- FULL Access to ALL Cases
- FULL Access to ALL Features
CONTRACTOR
- Assigned cases by a Member
- FULL Access to Assigned Cases
- FULL Access to ALL Features
GUEST
- Assigned cases by a Member
- LIMITED Access to Assigned Cases
- LIMITED Access to Features
CLIENT CONTACT
- Contact Person from the company/organization that refers cases to you.
